Return and Refund Policy

All products sold by The Shadow Room are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and files have been made available for download.

This applies to all products including:

If your files did not download correctly

If you did not receive your download link, your files failed to open, or you experienced a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us at theshadowroomllc@gmail.com within 7 days of your order and we will resolve it promptly. Technical delivery issues are the only circumstances under which we will reissue files or provide a replacement.
