By accessing or purchasing from The Shadow Room (theshadowroom.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing a purchase.

1. About Our Products

The Shadow Room sells digital download products including shadow work prompt card decks and associated bonus materials. All products are delivered electronically via download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. No physical products are shipped.

Print-ready PDF files are included with select products. These files are intended for personal printing use only. The Shadow Room does not manage, coordinate, or guarantee the outcome of any third-party print services you choose to use.

2. Digital Delivery

Your download link will be delivered to your email address immediately following purchase. If you do not receive your link within 10 minutes of purchase, check your spam or junk folder before contacting support. Links are also accessible through your Shopify account order history.

The Shadow Room is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses entered at checkout, spam filters, or third-party email provider issues.

3. License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a product from The Shadow Room you are purchasing a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital files for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share the files with others
  • Use the content for commercial purposes
  • Claim the prompts, designs, or materials as your own
  • Upload the files to any platform for distribution

All content including card prompts, brand assets, and PDF designs remains the intellectual property of The Shadow Room.

4. Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. The Shadow Room does not store your payment information. By completing a purchase you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. Please review our full Return and Refund Policy before purchasing. The only exception to this policy is verified technical delivery failure. Contact support@theshadowroom.com within 7 days of purchase if you experience a technical issue accessing your files.

6. Disclaimer

The Shadow Room products are designed for personal reflection and self-inquiry. They are not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or a crisis support service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Shadow Room shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kansas.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
